  • All returned items are subject to inspection and approval before issuing a refund for the product value only or an exchange with another unit.
  • In case of return approval, only the product price will be refunded, excluding any shipping fees.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs for both exchanges and returns.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the package has been opened or the product has been used.
